BASSAS DA INDIA
Here is the 1995 World Factbook page on Bassas Da India. According to this page, the Bassas da India is a volcanic rock, "2.4 meters high", often submerged due to heavy surf. Doesn't sound like coconuts grow there.
That doesn't stop the good people at TRAVEL WORLD, who offer their page on "Things to do in Bassas da India".
